Jamtli is one of the most popular attractions in Jämtland Härjedalen, and it has collections from the entire region both indoors and outdoors. In summertime, visitors can meet actors in the farmsteads around the Jamtli museum building. These actors portray daily life from the past until the present and will address the visitors as they would have at that time they are portraying.

In the same area as Jamtli and connected to the museum building, you´ll find Nationalmuseum Jamtli which is an arena for experiencing art, with paintings, sculptures and design from the collections of Nationalmuseum in Stockholm. All exhibitions are shown for about one year at the time.
